Jenna Cutler, APCC
I believe the way we understand ourselves is shaped by our families, cultures, communities, identities, and experiences. In therapy, I make space for the full context of who you are, including the messages you have received about who you should be and which parts of yourself have felt easier or harder to express.
I work with people from a place of curiosity, warmth, and compassion, helping them understand and integrate the parts of themselves that may feel confusing, uncomfortable, or difficult to access. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and valued while becoming more connected to your desires, intuition, and sense of self.
I am especially passionate about working with late adolescents and adults navigating identity formation, self-esteem, sexuality and intimacy, body image, grief, life transitions, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. I also support the people I work with in exploring how culture, family expectations, community, and intersecting aspects of identity shape how they see themselves and move through the world.
I received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Miami. During my clinical training at Modern Intimacy, I provided somatically and trauma-informed therapy to individuals and couples around attachment, identity and relationships, sexual health, ethical non-monogamy, differences in desire, betrayal, trauma, and nonviolent communication.
Before graduate school, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Miami. This background continues to inform my interest in the mind-body connection and the ways our emotional experiences can also be felt physically.
My hope is that our work helps you feel more connected to yourself, live with greater agency, and create a life that feels freer, fuller, and more your own.

I work with clients to create a therapy space within which we can be vulnerable, discover new aspects of ourselves, and, yes, even have fun.
