FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Embedded Workplace Mental Health

A mental health professional who becomes a trusted part of your organization.

Welcoming office space for confidential employee support

Not every workplace mental health need begins with a crisis.

Many organizations benefit from having consistent access to an experienced clinician who understands their people, leadership, and workplace culture.

Menachem Psychotherapy Group provides recurring onsite mental health support that can be structured weekly, biweekly, or in regularly scheduled blocks each month.

The goal is to give employees and leadership a familiar, accessible clinical resource without requiring the organization to build its own internal mental health department.

HOW IT WORKS

A Clinician Who Gets to Know Your Organization

Unlike a one-time workshop or an outside resource employees may never use, an embedded clinician develops familiarity with the organization over time.

Employees know where to go when they need support. Managers have someone to consult when difficult situations arise. Leadership has access to a mental health perspective when people-related challenges become complicated.

Programs can be customized based on the size, needs, and culture of the organization.

Weekly

A clinician is onsite for a recurring block each week.

Biweekly

Regular onsite support every other week for organizations that want consistent access with a smaller footprint.

Monthly

Scheduled monthly blocks for employee support, leadership consultation, groups, or targeted organizational needs.

FOR EMPLOYEES

Confidential Employee Support

Employees can meet privately with a clinician during scheduled onsite hours for brief support around concerns that may be affecting their well-being or ability to function at work.

These conversations are confidential within the appropriate clinical and legal limits. An employer does not receive information about what an individual employee discusses simply because the organization is paying for the service.

Employees who would benefit from ongoing psychotherapy can be referred to appropriate resources.

  • Stress and burnout
  • Anxiety
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship or family concerns
  • Workplace stress
  • Difficult transitions
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Personal challenges affecting work

FOR PEOPLE LEADERS

Support for Managers

Managers frequently encounter situations that involve mental health, emotion, relationships, and human behavior but fall outside traditional management training.

Consultation focuses on helping managers respond appropriately and thoughtfully rather than disclosing information from confidential employee conversations.

  • An employee who appears overwhelmed or emotionally distressed
  • Grief or serious personal circumstances affecting a team member
  • Difficult interpersonal dynamics
  • Conflict within a team
  • Burnout or morale concerns
  • How to approach a sensitive conversation
  • Supporting an employee while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries

WORKING TOGETHER

Team Dynamics & Communication

Some workplace problems are not individual problems. They develop between people.

We can help teams work through communication challenges, interpersonal tension, difficult transitions, and patterns that interfere with how people work together.

  • Facilitated team conversations
  • Communication work
  • Conflict support
  • Processing organizational change
  • Workplace relationship dynamics
  • Team cohesion following difficult events

FOR EXECUTIVES

Leadership Consultation

Executives are often responsible for making decisions involving people and emotions that do not fit neatly into traditional HR or operational frameworks.

Menachem Psychotherapy Group provides leaders with a confidential clinical perspective when navigating complex human situations within an organization.

The role is not to replace HR, legal counsel, or management. It is to add an experienced mental health perspective when human dynamics become complicated.

  • Difficult employee situations
  • Organizational stress
  • Team morale
  • Leadership communication
  • Conflict
  • Grief and loss
  • Major transitions
  • Supporting teams during periods of uncertainty

SHARED SUPPORT

Groups, Conversations & Workshops

Embedded programs can also include group-based support when useful.

Programs should be adapted to what is actually happening within the organization rather than using a generic one-size-fits-all curriculum.

  • Stress and burnout
  • Grief and loss
  • Communication
  • Navigating change
  • Manager education
  • Mental health awareness
  • Team support
  • Facilitated conversations following difficult events

PRESENCE AND CONTINUITY

A Complement to Your Existing Employee Benefits

Embedded workplace mental health support can work alongside an organization's existing EAP, insurance benefits, HR department, and other employee resources.

The difference is presence and continuity.

Instead of employees only receiving a phone number or outside referral, an embedded clinician becomes a familiar resource who regularly spends time within the organization.

Over time, that familiarity can make it easier for employees and leadership to seek support when something is wrong.

TRUST AT THE CENTER

Clear Boundaries. Confidential Support.

Workplace mental health support works best when employees and leadership understand the role of the clinician.

Individual employee conversations remain confidential within appropriate clinical and legal limits.

Leadership consultation focuses on organizational needs, patterns, and situations without turning private employee conversations into reports for management.

When different roles or services could create a conflict, Menachem Psychotherapy Group can structure the engagement so different clinicians support different parts of the organization.

CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT

Build a Mental Health Program That Fits Your Organization

There is no single model that works for every workplace.

We can develop a program around your organization, whether that means a clinician onsite every week, several times each month, support for managers and leadership, or a combination of employee and team services.
